CNC Maintenance Technician

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience We are looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on CNC maintenance experience who can troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on CNC machinery. We are also open to 2nd or 3rd year technicians who have a strong foundation and are capable of handling smaller repairs. Schedule Monday through Friday6:00 AM - 4:30 PMFlexible start times between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AMPotential for 12-hour days, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PMOccasional weekend work Key Responsibilities Replace and repair ball screwsDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with CNC machineryPerform spindle repairsTroubleshoot and perform basic repairs on sensors, drives, and relaysTroubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC controlsTroubleshoot pump systemsPerform B-axis rebuildsDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical issuesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment Requirements Qualifications CNC machine maintenance experience preferredStrong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsElectrical troubleshooting experienceExperience with CNC drives, sensors, relays, and pump systemsFamiliarity with Allen Bradley PLC controlsExperience with ball screws, spindles, and CNC axis repairsAbility to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematicsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team We will consider technicians with 2-3 years of experience who have the technical ability and hands-on skills to perform smaller CNC repairs.
