CNC Maintenance Technician

Do you enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment and figuring out why a machine isn’t running the way it should? Productivity, Inc. is looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to service and repair CNC machine tools at customer facilities throughout Nebraska and western Iowa. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong industrial maintenance and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, variety, and working directly with customers. What You’ll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC metalworking equipment, including Haas, Makino, Matsuura, Hwacheon, Citizen/Miyano, and other machine tool brands.Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control-system problems.Repair and replace components including spindles, drives, servo systems, ball screws, slides, hydraulic systems, controls, and electrical components.Install, set up, calibrate, and adjust CNC machines and components.Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to identify problems and determine solutions.Document service work and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers.Travel locally to customer sites in Nebraska and western Iowa. Occasional overnights (4–6 per month) may be required.
