CNC Machinists/Programmers - Night shift

About the role

Night shift positions available 4 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. with a shift premium. Regular schedule of 50–55 hours per week, offering flexible schedules for work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate Makino, Fidia, or DMG machines using Heidenhain and Fanuc controls
• Perform set-ups and 2D/3D machining operations
• Machine and program 2D and 3D surfaces (all aspects of CAD/CAM)
• Utilize laser tool settings and machine macros
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts
• Work in a manufacturing environment with oils, lubricants, and physical demands including constant standing, walking, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Minimum three to five years of programming experience (Tebis experience a major plus)
• Knowledge and experience in plastic injection molds
• Experience with 3D surfaces and 2D operations
• Background in laser tool settings and machine macros
• Able to pass a drug screen and maintain regular, predictable attendance
• Reliable transportation
