About the role
The CNC Machinist is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precise metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate metal components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Ensure all work adheres to quality standards and safety protocols
- Adjust machine settings and perform maintenance as needed
- Collaborate with other manufacturing team members to meet production schedules
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in CNC machining or similar field
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
