CNC Machinist: Weekend Shift (3-Day Work Week and Generous Shift Differential!)

Responsibilities

• Create, setup, and maintain operation of a variety of CNC tool and cutter grinders in a high‑volume production environment.
• Assist manufacturing engineering in continuous improvement practices.
• Perform first piece and in‑process inspection during manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot new product manufacturing processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Machine Tool Technology or relevant industry experience.
• Ability to follow engineering documents such as product drawings, process sheets, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to be cross‑trained and work with all departments to get things done.
• Desire to succeed in a fast‑paced, growing company.

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $23.00 to $30.00 per hour. For eligible off‑shift schedules, a 20 % shift differential applies, increasing the effective hourly range to $27.60 to $36.00.

Schedule

Full‑time schedule running Friday through Sunday (3‑day weekend shift).
