CNC Machinist - Mills

Hello machinists! Are you tired of working in hot, dark, dirty shops on out-dated machines? Sim Surgical is seeking CNC Machinists in our Mills and Lathes Departments for 1st shift, 2nd shift, and Weekend Shift. Available Shifts 1st: Monday-Thursday - 5 am-3:30 pm (4 x 10-hour DAY shifts) Clean, well-lit, state-of-the-art machining center in a climate-controlled facility! Health, Dental, and Vision available from day one! Principal Duties And Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Haas Mills to finish parts or prepare for next operation.Work from blueprints, part prints, drawings, and verbal instructions.Use precision tools and instruments.Capable of working to tight tolerances.Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition; follow prescribed safety rules and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Prefer 1-3 years’ experience with Set-up and operation of CNC Machines, but will train.Possess strong math skills, ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers including decimals and fractions. Simple reference use of formulas, charts, shop prints, specifications and computer scanning devices.Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.Experience with Haas, Okuma, or Tsugami Swiss machines would be beneficial but not required.
