CNC Machinist - Mills

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Haas Mills to finish parts or prepare for next operation.
• Work from blueprints, part prints, drawings, and verbal instructions.
• Use precision tools and instruments.
• Capable of working to tight tolerances.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition; follow prescribed safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Possess strong math skills, ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers including decimals and fractions.
• Simple reference use of formulas, charts, shop prints, specifications and computer scanning devices.
• Able to communicate effectively with other employees.
• Prioritize 1-3 years’ experience with Set-up and operation of CNC Machines, but willing to train.
• Experience with Haas, Okuma, or Tsugami Swiss machines would be beneficial but not required.
