CNC Machinist II

About the role

Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated CNC Machinist II to produce very complex machined parts by setting up, programming, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine. The role requires maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the manufacturing of complex metal parts by interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Operate precision machine tools and measure and inspect finished products.
• Adjust and preventatively maintain machine tools to ensure quality and accuracy of the finished products.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in CNC programming & set-up.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Proficient in the English language.

Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years’ experience in CNC programming & set-up or an associate degree in machine school technologies (desired).

Pay

$21.00–$26.00 per hour based on relevant experience and certifications.
