Your Impact
- Own setups and operation on 3–4 axis CNC mills to meet exact specifications.
- Translate technical drawings and GD&T into reliable, repeatable processes.
- Keep machines running at quality targets by adjusting offsets, tools, feeds, and speeds.
- Tackle routine maintenance and on-the-fly troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Champion safety and quality standards at every stage of production.
- Work side-by-side with teammates to streamline workflow and boost throughput.
- Document production metrics, inspections, and machine performance with accuracy.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- HS diploma or equivalent; CNC trade school or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator/Machinist.
- Working knowledge of CNC equipment and programming principles.
- Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical documents with confidence.
- Detail orientation and strong, practical problem-solving ability.
- Team-first communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime or varied hours as production demands.
