Responsibilities

• Expertly operate and troubleshoot HMC, mill-turn, grinder, and balancer machines across various part families.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in safety, quality, and SOP compliance.
• Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve complex machining or process issues.
• Champion 6S workplace practices and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root-cause analysis in collaboration with engineers and team leaders when technical issues arise.
• Mentor and train junior machinists, supporting skill development and team knowledge transfer.
• Recommend process optimizations and support pilot runs or new setups as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of CNC machining experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and CNC programming basics.
• Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting, setups, and precision adjustments.
• Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct threat to safety or health.
• Physical demands: precision handling of tools and machinery; hand and finger use/dexterity (≈89% of time); standing/walking (≈62%); moving objects/lifting/carrying frequent; bending/twisting/reaching

Pay

Salary Range: $28.85 - $47.60 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
