CNC Machinist - 2nd shift

Responsibilities
- Set up and run CNC and manual machining equipment
- Create and adjust CNC programs based on part requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints (simple through to more detailed)
- Inspect parts using visual and dimensional checks to ensure quality
- Build simple jigs and fixtures when needed
- Keep workspace clean and organized using 6S
- Follow all safety procedures—no shortcuts here
- Support the wider team and pick up additional tasks as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Machinist training or solid experience in a machine shop
- Confidence setting up machines and working with CNC programs
- Good understanding of geometry and basic trigonometry
- Able to read technical drawings
- A practical problem solver who can think through
- Team players rely on each other here
- Reliable, organized, and steady in your approach
