CNC Machinist - 1st Shift
About the role

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines and machining centers to produce precision components while meeting quality, productivity, and delivery expectations.
- Work with blueprints and GD&T requirements, inspect your own work using precision measuring tools, and troubleshoot issues to help keep production running smoothly.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to solve problems, improve processes, and support continuous improvement efforts such as 5S, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a two-year technical degree preferred.
- Experience operating CNC and/or conventional machining equipment is required, along with strong knowledge of machine tooling, fixtures, machining processes, blueprint reading, and GD&T.
- Strong math skills, communication skills, and a dependable, safety-focused mindset are essential.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a two-year technical degree preferred. They should have experience operating CNC and/or conventional machining equipment, along with strong knowledge of machine tooling, fixtures, machining processes, blueprint reading, and GD&T. Candidates should be comfortable using precision inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges, and have basic familiarity with machine programming features and ERP systems.

Pay
Competitive pay ranging from $25.00–$39.36 per hour based upon skill and experience.
Schedule
1st Shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
