CNC Machining Production Manager (#10613JV)

About the role

Lead all front-end machining operations and drive the execution of production schedules to meet organizational targets.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee a Milling Supervisor, a Lathe/Swiss Supervisor, and a 2nd Shift Supervisor to ensure seamless shop floor operations
• Partner with the Back End Production Manager to deliver accurate forecasting, optimize material flow, and align production priorities
• Provide hands-on technical support and strategic planning to maximize machine utilization and minimize downtime
• Supervise, coach, and develop front-line supervisors and machinists to build a high-performing production team

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a production floor in a CNC machining environment
• Strong working knowledge of CNC machinery and hands-on machining experience
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and technical drawings
