About the role

Oversee and manage a team of approximately 20 hourly employees in a non-union job shop environment. Lead daily shop opening and start-up operations to ensure seamless productivity. Develop and implement shop routines to optimize workflow and efficiency. Create and manage detailed work schedules to meet production demands. Review and track daily job progress to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.

Requirements

• Must have experience in a leadership role within a shop environment
• Strong background in CNC machining operations and processes is required
