About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Machining Operations Supervisor to lead the machining department, ensuring efficient production of high-quality components. The role involves managing work orders, inventory, and manufacturing resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as FDA and ISO regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily machining operations to ensure efficient production.
• Supervise and develop team members within the machining department.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Manage work orders, inventory, and manufacturing resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including FDA and ISO regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with ISO systems and compliance.
