CNC Machine Operators

About the role

Strange Engineering is expanding and needs more CNC Machine Operators. Positions are available for CNC Machine Operators, CNC Setup Operators, and CNC Program Operators.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Lathe and Mills
• Set up and operate CNC Lathe and Mills
• Program, set up and operate CNC Lathe and Mills

Requirements

• Minimum of three years operating CNC Machines
• Be able to stand for 8 hours a day
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Familiar and able to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
• Operate multiple machines when needed
• Follow all safety and work rules and practices
• Experience with Mazak or Okuma machines preferred

Pay

$25 - $38 an hour depending on experience and shift

Schedule

• 1st shift: 6:00 am – 8:00am (Mon-Fri)
• 1st shift: 2:30pm – 4:00pm (Mon-Fri)
• 2nd shift: 4:00 pm - 12:15 am (Mon - Thu)
• 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 9:15 (Fri)
