Schedule

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am

Pay

Pay range is $23.89-$27.51 per hour plus $1.35/hr shift differential for 2nd shift and a $1500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

About the Role

The CNC Machine Operator is an experienced machine operator who is disciplined, creative, and an excellent problem solver who will thrive in our lean manufacturing environment. A successful candidate is a reliable individual who can read blueprints, hold tight tolerances, and has a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

  • Follow Standard Work.
  • Machine set up, running parts, and preventative maintenance (PM).
  • Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations and/or operate other equipment, including the selection and presetting of tools required for the next scheduled job.
  • Update and maintain all visual controls and create and/or support countermeasures.
  • Operate in and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Participate and engage in SMED, Kaizen events, and ‘5 Whys’ problem-solving exercises.
  • Resolve and/or report equipment abnormalities.
  • Follow company safety procedures and standards to ensure individual and collective safety, avoiding unnecessary risk to oneself, co-workers, contractors, customers, and property.
  • Be a stand for safety by having the courage to call forth and report unsafe practices.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of CNC maintenance mechanic experience.
