CNC Machine Operator

We are hiring skilled CNC Mill Machine Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts at one of the area's premier manufacturing facilities. Pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, depending on skill level.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

About the Role

Level 2 CNC operator individual job functions include running a CNC Mill, checking parts, and following instructions. You will perform basic setups, adjust offsets, troubleshoot minor issues, and assist with SPC duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Independently run and check parts while adhering to strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Follow work instructions (WI) to verify parts meet required specifications.
• Run CNC machines and check parts per WI’s.
• Perform WI checks completely and accurately.
• Follow written and oral instructions accurately.
• Read and interpret simple blueprints.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of tooling types and their functions.
• Consistently meet or exceed all daily production goals.
• Maintain low scrap rates.
• Train new operators on basic skills.
• Use all required measuring equipment proficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently.
• Experience running CNC Mills.
• Basic setup, offset adjustment, and troubleshooting skills.
