CNC Lathe Operator - 2nd shift
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate CNC lathes in accordance with engineering drawings.
- Check product dimensions using appropriate equipment.
- Record productivity data on company system as required.
- Clean and maintain CNC lathes according to department and company standards.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of operation experience with CNC Lathes (Twins).
- Ability to set up CNC lathes including workholding, kitting of tools, tooling offsetting, drawing reading, and first article approval.
- Experience with pre-setters for tool offsets.
- Experience with quick change tooling.
- Experience with macro programming and use of Mastercam or similar programming software.
- Knowledge of basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, and proficiency in mathematics.
- Solid understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret drawing requirements.
- Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Schedule
This position operates on a second shift schedule from 3:30pm to 12:00am, Monday through Friday.
