About the role
Guill Tool & Engineering is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator for a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts
- Follow detailed blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy
- Perform setup and adjustments on lathes as needed
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related experience in CNC machining
- Proficiency with CNC lathes and associated tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Qualifications
- Experience with CNC lathes
- Knowledge of metalworking processes
- Good mechanical aptitude
