CNC Laser and Press Brake Programmer
About the role
Crenlo is seeking a CNC machine programmer with experience in one or more of the following types of fabrication equipment: Laser cutting machines (Fiber and CO2), CNC Press Brakes, and/or CNC Turret Punch machines. The role involves programming parts based on blueprints, 3D CAD models, engineering parameters, and production schedules. You will load, edit, and optimize programs based on in-process inspection.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret instructions, prints, and work orders for the job.
- Develop work instructions based on programming needs.
- Assist with inspecting finished product for completeness and conformance to all quality assurance procedures.
- Assist with the operation of equipment to verify program specifications and completeness.
Requirements
- Experience with CNC Press Brakes
- Experience with CNC Turret Punches
- Experience with Laser programming software
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and short correspondence
- Experience with CAD 3D modeling software
- Ability to perform arithmetic operations in metric and standard units of measure (whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals)
- Ability to convert between standard and metric units of measure
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
