CNC Industrial Materials Purchaser - Manufacturing Purchasing Coordinator

About the role

Republic DFW is seeking a CNC Industrial Materials Purchaser / Manufacturing Purchasing Coordinator to help manufacturing teams source materials, track purchase orders, communicate with suppliers, and support shop-floor production. This role is designed for candidates with purchasing, inventory, material coordination, or industrial office experience who can support CNC and fabrication operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase requests for CNC, fabrication, and manufacturing materials.
• Track supplier quotes, order status, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate with vendors, production teams, and internal decision-makers.
• Help maintain purchasing records, material logs, and supplier information.
• Support inventory checks, material availability updates, and production coordination.
• Assist with resolving delivery, quality, or pricing issues.

Requirements

• Purchasing, office coordination, inventory, manufacturing, or supplier communication experience preferred.
• Experience with CNC, metal fabrication, raw materials, or industrial shops is a plus.
• Good Excel, Outlook, data entry, and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and professional communication.
