About the Role

Full‑time CNC & Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and coordination with vendor specialists.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery, production equipment, and mechanical systems, including CNC machines, forklifts, cranes, powered hand‑tools and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Maintain preventative maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles dedicated to business operations.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, repairs, and support to building structures as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while performing maintenance and repair work.
• Identify and address potential safety issues promptly and promote a safety‑first culture.
• Follow all safety requirements and procedures, including lockout/tagout and use of personal protective equipment.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to support production requirements.
• Respond to emergency requests for facility and equipment repairs.
• Prioritize work requests based on risk and impact to people and business operations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics to troubleshoot and repair machines.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of machinist/technician experience related to industrial maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of Mazatrol and Fanuc CNC controls is desired.

• Preventative maintenance of CNC machines, forklifts, cranes, and powered hand‑tools.
• Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Lockout/tagout procedures and safety‑first mindset.
• Process improvement and equipment reliability optimization.
