CNC Department Tech

About the role

Coburn's Exclusive is seeing an individual that can be trained to operate a variety of machines in our shop, including a Press Brake, Laser Tube, and Laser Flatbed. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• After training, tech is responsible for the basic operations of our 3 kilowatt flatbed laser, 3 kilowatt tube laser, 10' CNC controlled Press Brake, 6x12 Water Jet, and CO2 laser
• Expected to complete basic daily and weekly maintenance tasks for each machine listed above
• Will work closely with CNC department lead and programmer to ensure projects are completed on time
• Expected to assist the team with maintaining accurate inventory of sheet metal
• Expected to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery listed above
• Assist with annual preventative maintenance for machinery listed above

Requirements

• Press Brake experience a plus
• Knowledge of CNC machines preferred
• Knowledge of other metal fabrication processes preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Authorization to work within the United States
• Valid driver's license accompanied by a reliable mode of transportation to and from work (including jobs that are not located at our shop)
• Must submit to a background check prior to receiving an offer of employment
