CNC Bridge Mill/Gantry Mill Machinist (SNK RB-4 or RB-6)

Duties

• Independently set up intricate parts and fixturing
• Work from advanced drawings and job layouts
• Machine intermediate to advanced parts with a high level of quality using materials such as Stainless Steel, Aluminum, exotic and high temperature alloys
• Maintain equipment and safe work area
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Multi-axis machining background including tool path verification and collision analysis
• Machining experience in the manufacturing industry
• Fanuc CNC experience strongly desired
• Worked with materials such as Stainless Steel, Aluminum, exotic and high temperature alloys
• Experience working with large complex weldments (up to 90’)
• Experience setting up quality gauging

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds
• Long periods of standing
