CNA with MedTech - Flex

Location: Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living, North Naples, Florida

About the Role

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
• Administration of medication to residents

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Current CPR certification preferred

Note: The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) requires all new hires to successfully complete and pass an extensive Level 2 background screening, covering U.S. Federal, State, and City checks (submitting fingerprints), prior to the start of employment.

Pay

Pay range from $20/hour to $25/hour

Schedule

This role will be scheduled on an "as needed" basis.
