About the role

We are NOW HIRING Certified Nursing Assistant’s (CNA’s) for weekends to join our remarkable nursing team at Bridges by EPOCH at Norwalk, an exquisite Memory Care Assisted Living Community.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, medication administration, and health monitoring.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of resident rooms and communal areas.
• Document resident care plans and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• CT Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate.
• Strong passion for seniors.
• Dependable, compassionate, and genuine interest in making life healthier and happier for seniors.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain a cheerful demeanor.

Part-time positions available, including shifts such as 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am on Saturdays and Sundays.
