CNA (Weekends)

About the role

Bridges by EPOCH at Norwalk is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant’s (CNAs) for weekend shifts to join their remarkable nursing team. Part-time positions are available from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities of living (ADLs)
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Provide medication administration as directed
• Participate in resident care planning and rounding
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of living areas
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements

• CT Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
• Strong communication skills
• Passionate about serving seniors
• Dependable and able to work flexible hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion
• Attention to detail
• Team player
