Earn While You Learn

You'll be hired as a Greencroft team member from day one. Paid CNA Training: $13.88/hour while attending the Greencroft CNA Training Program.
After Certification: Once you successfully complete the program and obtain your Indiana CNA certification, your pay increases to $19.46/hour (our current starting CNA rate).

Program Dates

• August 17 – October 5
• Evening Classes: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Required Saturday Class/Clinical Dates: August 29, September 19, October 3

Employment Commitment

Upon successful completion of the program and certification, you'll transition into a full-time CNA position at Greencroft. Participants commit to a minimum of six (6) months of full-time employment following successful completion of the paid CNA training program.
