CNA/Skilled Direct Support Caregiver

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a compassionate, dependable CNA or highly skilled direct support caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in their home.

Schedule

Alternating two-week schedule:

• Week 1: Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Week 2: Tuesday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide total personal care and support with all activities of daily living
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Monitor the client's comfort and safety throughout each shift
• Build a trusting relationship while delivering compassionate, respectful care

Requirements

• CNA certification preferred, or extensive direct support caregiving experience
• At least 6 months of hands-on caregiving experience required
• Experience using a Hoyer lift is a plus
• Dependable, patient, and attentive to client needs
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay

$20/hour with competitive weekly pay and weekly direct deposit.
