Skilled Caregiver/CNA Private Duty Care

About the role

Tired of taking care of 10+ patients at once? At RNS Private Duty Care, we’re looking for experienced, skilled caregivers who are used to fast-paced facility work and are ready for something better—safer environments, lower stress, and the ability to actually focus on one client at a time. Responsibilities

• Provide care as agreed upon by the client, client’s family, and RNS case manager
• Auxiliary with activities of daily living, including monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients, taking vitals, patient transfers, fall prevention, bathing, home tasks, documentation, medication reminders, and pain management
• Safe transportation and running errands as needed
• Work comfortably in homes with pets when applicable
• Follow all RNS policies, including HIPAA, standards of conduct, and dress code
• Maintain current CPR certification (or complete within 90 days of hire)
• Maintain current TB test (or complete within 90 days of hire)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record and compliance with RNS safety policy
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Cell phone with internet and texting capabilities
• Daily access to RNS email
• Fluent in English
• Able to perform all physical and mental requirements of the role
