CNA Private Duty Caregiver

Duties

• Conversation and general companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Changing bed and bath linens
• Laundry
• Meal prep
• Running errands
• Medication reminders
• Aid with phone calls, appointment scheduling, and mail
• Recreation: reading, games, crafts, outdoor/indoor walks, etc.
• Drive or accompany client to appointments
• Bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, hair/skin care, and feeding
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Assisting with exercises, ambulation, and transfer activities

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, at least 2 per week
• Availability for daytime (8a-8p) or overnight (8p-8a) shifts
• Availability for day shift and weekend day shift
