About the role

Caregiver’s Home Solutions (CHS) is seeking compassionate, experienced caregivers to join their team at Oronoque Village Senior Community in Stratford. Positions range from full-time and part-time to live-in, with drivers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living skills such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and light exercises
• Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
• Offering companionship and social engagement
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
• Adaptable to new situations and environments
• A good listener and able to remain calm in stressful situations
• Natural at multitasking
• Reliable and ready to work
• Able to pass a national background check
• Able to assist with personal hygiene tasks
• Able to perform basic housekeeping duties

Qualifications

• Experienced with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, and other equipment
• Drivers with a valid license and reliable vehicle - must have a clean record
• Bilingual (Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, Creole)
