Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA, you will provide companionship and perform caregiving duties including:

• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Preparing meals
• Grocery shopping
• Providing caregiving services to clients with cognitive impairments or dementia
• Assisting with non-medical tasks such as feeding and bathing
• Helping clients maintain proper personal hygiene
• Keeping a log of the duties performed during your shift
• Submitting accurate documentation to ensure consistent elderly care
• Checking in with the office often, providing timely updates regarding the needs of your clients

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 2+ years of CNA or home care experience would be a plus; caring for a loved one counts
• Willing to train
• Punctual and dependable
• Passion for providing elderly care
• Respectful and kind

Schedule

This full-time caregiving position has flexible hours. Depending on the needs of our clients, there are opportunities for day or night shifts. Clients may receive as little as 4 hours of care, while others require 24-hour care.
