Casual/Backup CNA near Stratford

Job Requirements

I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNA (or retired healthcare professional with hands-on experience) to assist me occasionally in my home in Marshfield, WI (near Stratford). You will be working directly for me as your employer. I am extremely independent and value professionalism, discretion, and clinical competence. I am looking for a mature, respectful caregiver who understands boundaries, communicates clearly, and takes pride in providing high-quality care in a private setting. This is not an entry-level role. Experience and confidence with the responsibilities listed below are essential.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on personal care
• Catheter care
• Bowel program care (manual removal)
• Manual transfers and mobility assistance
• Safe lifting of 50+ pounds
• Wound and skin care
• Ranging of motion exercises
• Meditation reminders
• Light housekeeping

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+
• CNA certification required (or current/expired nursing license with relevant experience)
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility
• Must pass a caregiver background check
• Reliable transportation (with backup plan)
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
