CNA - PRN

About the role

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are needed for various floors at Holladay Park Plaza, including Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Residences for Choice and Comfort (RCF).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Provide basic hygiene and grooming services
• Administer medications as directed by a licensed nurse
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of resident rooms
• Support interdisciplinary team in providing comprehensive care

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Oregon driver’s license
• Passing score on a background check

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• Good organizational skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay

The pay range for CNAs at Holladay Park Plaza is $22.50 - $28.10 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Positions are available on a PRN (Per Request Notified) basis, allowing flexibility to work on both SNF and RCF floors.
