Job Summary
The ideal candidate will assist residents with ADLs, provide safe required care with dignity, document care results according to facility policies, procedures, and scope of practice, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary staff.
Position Requirements and Qualifications
- Must have current/valid Illinois Nursing Assistant Certification in good standing
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

What You Can Expect
- Human Resource Manager will contact you within 1-2 business days of your application submission
- Complete 1-2 interview(s) with Department Head and Human Resources
- Receive the job offer and complete new-hire tasks and onboarding paperwork via the Paycor app
- Meet with Department head or Scheduler to provide schedule
- Receive paid departmental (job specific) training - five day minimum
- Receive paid building orientation
- Receive continuous training as you provide exceptional care to our residents
