About the role

You would be a great fit if you can consistently demonstrate a positive, productive, and growth-oriented work ethic with residents, families, and team members. You are a collaborator, driven to learn, and willing to invest in those around you. The role involves assisting in daily cares and therapies for residents.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Certified to work in Nebraska as a nursing assistant (required)

Paid training is available for the right candidate if you do not yet have your certification.

Schedule

Full-time, overnight shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM), including weekends and holidays on a rotating basis with other team members.

A drug screen and criminal background check are required. Candidates must not have any condition or limitation that could pose a direct threat to self or others unless such threat can be eliminated by a reasonable accommodation. Must be able to pass a fitness assessment designated for this job title and perform all physical activities related to the position. Regular attendance in your assigned role is an essential job function.
