About the role
Moraga Post-Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated nursing team on a part-time basis across all shifts. Starting pay: $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Provide compassionate and respectful care while maintaining resident dignity and privacy
- Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures
- Accurately document care provided and resident observations
- Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment
Requirements
- Active California CNA certification required
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize resident needs
