CNA - Part-Time - AL/MC

About the role

The Clare, a luxury residential community in the heart of Chicago, is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team in the Assisted Living department. This position is available on a 6am-2pm schedule, rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs and other health data as needed.
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care activities.

Requirements

• Current, valid Illinois C.N.A. certification.
• At least 1 year experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and customer service.
