The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect nursing care under RN supervision.
• Support orthopedic patients in a specialized hospital setting, ensuring high-quality care and optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Six months of previous CNA experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
• State-registered CNA license required.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred; required if sitting with M-1 holds.

Physical Requirements

Medium Work – Exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly.

Located on the St. Anthony Medical Campus, OrthoColorado Hospital is a joint venture between physician investors and CommonSpirit Mountain Region. Our state-of-the-art facility includes:

• 48-bed inpatient unit, including six intermediate care beds.
• Eight operating rooms.
• A team of orthopedic specialists, from pre-operative care through recovery.
• Surgeons renowned for their expertise in orthopedic specialties and subspecialties.

Pay

$18.00 - $27.67 per hour.
