The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect nursing care under RN supervision.
- Support orthopedic patients in a specialized hospital setting, ensuring high-quality care and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Six months of previous CNA experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
- State-registered CNA license required.
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred; required if sitting with M-1 holds.
Physical Requirements
Medium Work – Exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly.

Located on the St. Anthony Medical Campus, OrthoColorado Hospital is a joint venture between physician investors and CommonSpirit Mountain Region. Our state-of-the-art facility includes:
- 48-bed inpatient unit, including six intermediate care beds.
- Eight operating rooms.
- A team of orthopedic specialists, from pre-operative care through recovery.
- Surgeons renowned for their expertise in orthopedic specialties and subspecialties.
Pay
$18.00 - $27.67 per hour.
