Job Summary
As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) at CHI Williston Health, you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction. You will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being. Responsibilities
- Perform/record vital signs, CPR, and apply oxygen delivery systems
- Perform simple wound irrigation, direct pressure, and dressings
- Prepare sterile field for suturing
- Assist provider with treatment when appropriate
- Apply restraints
- Clean medical equipment and prepare for sterilization
- Collect urine specimens and perform phlebotomy
- Assist in making observations, gathering data, and identifying patient care needs
- Assist with patient transports and transfers
- Answer telephones, file, greet patients/visitors, transcribe provider's orders, perform electronic data entry, and assist with documentation
- Assist with cleaning, stocking, and maintenance of department equipment and supplies
- Practice safe work habits, comply with safety rules and regulations, and adhere to safety policies

Pay
$16.50 – $23.30 /hour
