Job Summary
You will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction. Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate basic care to patients.
- Absorb and implement patient care plans as directed by RN or Therapist.
- Demonstrate proper body mechanics for self and patient.
- Demonstrate proper infection control standards and practices.
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly and appropriately to the appropriate health care team member.
- Comply with the organization’s standards of care and Oregon Nursing Practice Act.
Job Requirements
- Required High School Graduate or General Studies High School GED.
- Certified Nursing Assistant: Current in State of Oregon.
- AHA Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire.

Pay
$23.11 - $34.38 /hour
