CNA or PCA

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate CNA or PCA to provide non-medical homecare services to clients, primarily veterans.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with housework and daily living activities
• Support clients with transfers, ambulation, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and serving
• Assist with toileting, including use of bedpans or toilets
• Report unusual events and respond promptly in emergencies
• Perform duties outlined in the Client Service Plan

Responsibilities may vary per client service plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Current CNA license or PCA certification
• One year of caregiver experience in healthcare or homecare settings
• Ability to pass background checks and reference verification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical endurance and ability to perform essential tasks with or without accommodations

Pay

Competitive pay.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling; caregivers may work varying shifts, part-time or full-time based on client needs.
