About the role

We seek compassionate individuals to provide in-home care, assisting clients with daily activities and companionship. The role involves delivering personalized care to help clients maintain fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1,000 hours of experience with geriatric or chronically ill clients
• Physical ability to perform duties
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance (if transporting clients)
• Passing criminal background and drug screenings
• Ability to work within safety-sensitive regulations

Responsibilities

• Offering compassionate support
• Adapting to flexible schedules (day, evening, weekend, live-in)
• Participating in company training and ongoing education
• Engaging in weekly check-ins for support and feedback

Pay

$14.00 to $18.00 per hour
