Pay
Expected pay for this position is $18.98 - $22.34/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.
- 3rd Shift Differential: $2.25/hour
- Weekend Differential: $1.75/hour
$1,200 Sign-On Bonus with a 1-year work commitment. Must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for the sign-on bonus. Candidates under 18 may still be considered for the position but are not eligible for the bonus.
About the Role
The Patient Care Technician/Certified Nursing Assistant (PCT/CNA) provides safe, basic care to patients, including taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, specimen collection, and observing patients for physical or emotional changes. Additional duties include recording patient information, communicating with the care team, and providing constant supervision to patients as needed. Responsibilities may vary by department.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- CPR certification (American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months of experience in a clinical healthcare environment
- Six months of experience supporting physical, emotional, and psycho-social needs of patients
