Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide.
• Bathe and provide all activities of daily living related care, including skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to your nursing team.

Requirements

• You have completed an approved nurse aide training program, with current certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• You are a team player, dedicated to supporting your team members and getting the job done.

Pay

• Starting wages: $19.15 - $22.55 per hour based on years of certification
• Hero pay: $3.40 per hour
• Shift premium: $1.50 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Yearly wage increases

Schedule

• 8 hour shifts including rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full Time or Part Time
• 2nd Shift available: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (includes $1.50 per hour shift premium)
• 3rd Shift available: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (includes $1.50 per hour shift premium)
