Certified Nurse Aide CNA - Earn up to $22.55 - $25.55 per hour!

About the role

We are seeking Nurse Assistants to join the Wellbridge of Pinckney team. Located off of M-36, between US-23 and M-52, we are just minutes away from Ann Arbor, Chelsea, and Dexter.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide.
• Bathe and provide all activities of daily living related care, including skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to your nursing team.

Requirements

• You have completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program and hold a current Nursing Assistant (CNA) License certification from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional, passionate, and innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting your team members and getting the job done.

Pay

Earn up to $22.55 - $25.55 per hour depending on shift!

• Starting wage: $19.15 per hour
• $3.40 per hour Hero Pay
• + $3.00 per hour for 3rd shift!
• Yearly wage increases

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, including rotating weekends and some holidays.
• Full-time or part-time options available.
• Days and nights available.
