Pay

Earn over $25.00 per hour! Starting wage $19.65 (new starting rate!) plus:

• $2.00 per hour shift premiums for 2nd or 3rd shift
• $3.40 per hour hero pay

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Full-time or part-time positions available – ALL SHIFTS

Responsibilities

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide, including bathing and activities of daily living (skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine mouth care, shaving, and dressing).
• Perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to your nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors. Foster a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving through kind words and encouragement.

Requirements

• Completion of an approved nurse aide training program and passed test.
• Current Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
