CNA Nurse Aide - MIDNIGHTS

Our CNAs are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior that are key in helping our clinical team recognize potential medical issues. We rely on our CNAs as they are a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.

Pay

Starting wage: $20.65 per hour plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay ($24.05 total starting pay). Yearly wage increases.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Full-time or part-time positions available
• Midnights needed

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors through kind words and encouragement, fostering a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide, including bathing and all activities of daily living such as skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs (temperature, pulse, respiration), catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.

Requirements

• Completion of an approved nurse aide training program with current certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
