About the role
$5,000 Discretionary Sign-On Bonus
Under the supervision of the charge nurse and Team Manager, the CNA administers nursing care to residents in accordance with a specific care plan devised for each individual resident according to Nurse Aide Guidelines.
The CNA supports the mission and nursing philosophy of Northern Montana Care Center.
Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent preferred.
- Certified Nurse's Aide by the State of Montana.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Ability to interpret and apply verbal and written instructions.
- Provide a current phone number.
- Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

- Starting pay range is $19.38 - $21.52 and varies based on experience.
